4. Refund Policy
AccuView offers a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee for new customers only.
After 7 days, all payments are non-refundable, including:
Partial months
Unused service time
Accidental purchases
Technical issues caused by your device, internet, or third-party apps
If a refund is approved, processing may take 3–7 business days.
5. Service Requirements
You are responsible for:

Ensuring your device software is up to date

6. Acceptable Use

uninterrupted service
error-free performance
permanent access to specific channels
compatibility with all devices
Your use of the Service is at your own risk.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the last 30 days.
